How should I handle my order?    
All meats are frozen upon arrival, they should not be allowed to thaw until you are ready to cook them. The USDA provides the following guidelines:
 
     
 
 
What if there is a problem with my order?
 
    We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied simply return the unused product to us and we will replace or exchange it.  
   
   
    What about freezer burn?
 
    Our products are guaranteed for one year against freezer burn.  
   

   
    How do I pay for my order?
 
    For internet orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

For local delivery within in our service area we do not ask for any payment until you receive your order. When our salesperson delivers your order you may pay with cash, a personal check, your debit card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. *

*A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks, surcharges may apply to some credit or debit card purchases.
